Guest practice on Trade Study does not require payment. This policy applies if you later buy a paid study plan.

When a refund applies

If a paid plan does not work as described, or you change your mind within the cooling-off window we state at checkout, contact us and we will refund the unused paid access.

How to ask

Email the address published at checkout or on the site, with the account email you used. We will confirm once the refund is processed.

Official exam booking fees charged by CITB or Pearson VUE are not sold by Trade Study and cannot be refunded by us.
